These are the perfect workout and everyday pant for those who are busy and need to dress to get a workout in at a moments notice. The pockets are just the right length. I would say that these are true to fit. I am 5'7" and 143 lbs. I ordered a Large because I prefer my workout pants to be snug but not super tight so that it doesn't impede the flow of my adrenal system, lymphatic, blood flow... etc. If you prefer your pants to be tight, I'd suggest ordering true to size. I absolutely LOVE these pants! Must have in your fitness arsenal.
