I have been waiting to purchase this gem! If you are a lady purchasing, the only concern you need to have is your bust size. I usually range between a 34C or 34D, and the small plate carrier worked well for me. The thing I especially liked was the extra plate carrier securing straps within the vest. I also bought the 5.11 Tactec Plate Carrier and the 1st Phorm tactical plate carrier almost look identical, though I will say the things that set this plate carrier apart are two features listed as follows: (1) the extra plate carrier straps within the vest that secure the plates circumferentially (2) the 1st Phorm vest is one that fits closely to the body so I would be more apt to want to exercise with the vest on such as completing a WOD; whereas, I would probably only do a walk or ruck with the 5.11 vest. If you are on the fence on getting this to level up your workouts DO IT! It’s so worth it! It’s comfortable and made well! Just know you have to purchase weights separately and it would be a great idea for them to add a video on how to put it on for the first time. It ain’t rocket science but your girl can be blonde sometimes lol
