FOR BEST RESULTS: Let Phormula-1® sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.
MALES SHOULD:
PRE-WORKOUT: Use one (1) scoop of Phormula-1 with 1/2 scoop of Ignition in six (6) oz of water.
POST-WORKOUT: Use 2 scoops of Phormula-1 with 1 scoop of Ignition in 12 oz of water.

Phormula-1 Juicy Watermelon!
I have tried many protein powders, I never look forward to drinking any flavor I come across. My friend referred me to First Phorm and I won't ever go back to another brand. The selection of flavors in amazing, I was so tired of the same old chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry. Juicy watermelon had an excellent taste and a better texture of powder than other brands. I look forward to trying other flavors when they have them in stock. 10/10 recommend.

NO MORE SORE MUSCLES
I have been hesitant to go up in weights or push myself harder because I can't move the next day with soreness. Not with the CTC Phormula 1 post stack! The muscle recovery is insane and makes me not hate lifting heavy!! I crave it! Thank you 1st Phorm!
