Children 2 years and older take two (2) gummies daily, or as recommended by their healthcare provider, with a meal. Ensure the child chews each gummy carefully and thoroughly.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of cold milk or water and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

We have been struggling to get our son to eat more veggies, but he just wasn’t into it anymore. After finding opti-kids we figured we would give it a shot and see if he would drink it. Now he asks for chocolate milk everyday! He loves it and thinks it taste delicious! The M factor was a bonus to get his vitamins in since he loves gummies
I can't get my son to eat vegetables so this is the best product I have found to supplement so he still gets the necessary nutrients. We have to add a banana and peanut butter to make it taste better so he will drink the shake!
