This is my first pregnancy and it has been pretty easy! No nausea or sickness. Not sure if the prenatals played a part in that or not, but I love them. My midwife asked if she could see them to verify the ingredients and product information. She was highly impressed! She said a lot of them on the market are terrible for you and nothing but fillers.

Switched to this prenatal early in the first trimester. The prenatal I was taking previously had the Omegas included and a fishy taste- when I was very nauseous it was hard to take. This prenatal has no strong taste or smell and the Omegas have no bad taste or after taste either! Within two days of switching I noticed I was much less tired. At my last appointment I had blood work for folic acid/folate levels and they were right where my doctor wanted them to be. Very happy I purchased this bundle. When I am not eating as balanced of a diet as I need right now due to morning (all day) sickness, I can feel confident that these vitamins are helping me get what I need for a healthy baby.
